Database Developer

What Youll Do

• Design and develop data bases using Postgres SQL and Microsoft SQL server

• Create optimize and maintain stored procedures functions and triggers

• Develop and manage ETL workflows using SQL SSIS packages

• Perform database migration from MS-SQL to AWS Postgres RDS

• Monitor and tune database performance

• Collaborate with application developers and data analysts

• Participate in sprint planning technical grooming and delivery estimation

• Must be willing to work from Bangalore office location minimum 3 days in a week.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of strong experience with SQL and relational database concepts and implementation

• Hands-on expertise in AWS Postgres RDS and MS-SQL databases

• Proficiency in writing complex queries joins and indexing strategies

• Hands-on in building ETL pipelines using SQL SSIS packages

• Understanding of data modelling OLTP and OLAP

• Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering (clear instructions context setting)

• Experience in using AI code assists

• Experience in AWS

• Knowledge of the travel industry

• Apache Airflow
