Description| Role Details | We are looking for a Senior Manager who combines strong execution capability with product and growth thinking to operationalize the digital growth engine. This role will own day-to-day execution of cross-sell journeys experimentation and performance tracking working closely with CX Product Digital and Business teams to drive measurable impact 1. Cross-Sell Journey Execution Build and deploy contextual cross-sell and upsell journeys across: Web App Marketplace Smartflo Embed product recommendations across lifecycle stages: Onboarding Usage Billing Support
2. Growth Experimentation & Optimization Run structured A/B experiments on: Offers and bundles Product placements Recommendation logic Upgrade pathways Continuously optimize conversion rates click-throughs and adoption metrics
3. Product Discovery Enablement Improve visibility and discoverability of connectivity cloud and SaaS offerings Work with Product and CX teams to ensure contextual relevance of recommendations
4. Performance Tracking & Insights Track and report key metrics: Conversion rates Revenue per user Feature adoption Cross-sell penetration Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
5. Stakeholder & Execution Management Work closely with: Digital / Product teams for implementation CX for journey alignment Business teams for product prioritization Drive execution through clear timelines ownership and follow-through
6. Campaign & Lifecycle Integration Align cross-sell journeys with: Campaigns Lifecycle triggers Customer segments Ensure seamless integration across channels and touchpoints
7. Build & Scale the Growth Function Identify capability gaps and build a small execution team over time Establish repeatable processes and playbooks for growth execution
Expected Outcomes Measurable increase in cross-sell conversion and revenue contribution Improved multi-product adoption across customer base Higher engagement and feature discovery across platforms Strong execution of growth experiments with clear ROI tracking Establishment of a scalable digital growth execution model Key Attributes - Should be Customer-centric: empathetic and curious with an ability to internalize the point of view of our customer and exhaustively represent their wants needs and pain points
