Key Responsibilities:

Role Windows Workplace Tech Engineer

• Coordinator of regional EUS ops folks in alignment / roadmap / project coordination and escalations.
• Windows OS / driver / services expert Level 3 support.
• Microsoft new Product Feature change management coordinator.
• Microsoft Saas product (online office productivity apps) suite owner / Level 3 support.
• Office 365 prem win32 product owner. Lifecycle / package coordination.
• Chrome/Edge product owner Level 3 support. Lifecycle / package coordination.
• Cisco VPN wks package ownership Level 3 support. Lifecycle / package coordination.
• Owner of yearly Lenovo laptop/desktop tech selection / evaluation / onboarding Level 3
• Owner of PC accessories (monitors/keyboards/mice/personal printers etc.) tech evaluation & roadmap creation- Level 3 to deskside

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
• Expertise in analyzing and mitigating wait events bottlenecks and resource contention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
