We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead a reputed residential school located in the serene academic environment Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working in a boarding school setup with strong leadership capabilities to manage academic excellence student welfare faculty development and overall school administration.

The role requires a dynamic education leader who can ensure high academic standards while maintaining a disciplined nurturing and holistic residential learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high academic standards.
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential school including academics discipline student welfare and co-curricular activities.
  
• Lead mentor and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure professional growth and performance excellence.
