Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Product Expert who can drive end-to end implementation of Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand requirements configure systems manage data transfers and ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Time & Project ManagementKey Responsibilities
Understand client business requirements and map them to suitable Zoho solutions
Execute end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM Creator Books Projects etc.)
Perform data migration and data transfer with high accuracy
Configure modules workflows automation and system settings
Handle integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems
Conduct testing validation and troubleshooting during implementation
Manage project handover and ensure smooth transition to support teams
Deliver client training sessions and ensure successful adoption of solutions
Maintain proper documentation of configurations workflows and processes
Coordinate with developers for custom functions Deluge scripting and API integrations
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in implementation configuration and data migration
Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation
Experience with integrations APIs or Deluge scripting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Zoho certifications (preferred)
Experience in SaaS / IT services / consulting environment
Exposure to multiple industries and business use cases

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field 15 years of experience in SaaS / CRM / ERP / HRMS / POS implementation Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following tools: Zoho Books Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Recruit Zoho Payroll Zoho Creator Zoho Catalyst Zoho Desk Zoho SalesIQ Zoho Marketing Automation / Campaigns Microsoft 365 Dynamic Salesforce Strong knowledge of at least one programming language: Java Python SQL C Understanding of APIs JSON and third-party integrations. Knowledge of database management and data handling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Experience in workflow automation and business process mapping Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting Experience handling enterprise-level implementations Certification in Zoho / Microsoft / Salesforce platforms Experience in multi-system integrations
