We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct field engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients presenting products/services and building strong customer relationships while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through field visits cold calling and referrals
- Visit prospective and existing clients to present products/services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing delivery and after-sales support
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales/Marketing
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Age limit: 2540 years
- Open to male candidates (as per current requirement)
