We are hiring a Team Lead Field Sales to manage mentor and scale a high-performing field sales team. This role combines individual contribution team management ensuring revenue targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives/BDMs
Drive team targets along with individual contribution to revenue
Monitor daily activities including lead generation (710 per rep/day) and conversions
Implement and track sales KPIs productivity metrics and performance dashboards
Conduct field visits with team members for coaching and deal closures
Ensure high-quality customer engagement and relationship management
Provide market intelligence and strategic inputs to leadership
Support hiring onboarding and training of new sales team members
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
48 years of field sales experience with at least 12 years in team handling
Proven track record of achieving team & individual sales targets
Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment
Language proficiency: English & Hindi (Marathi preferred for Mumbai)
Ideal Candidate
Hands-on leader who can drive results on the field
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Required Skills:
