About the Role

We are hiring a Team Lead Field Sales to manage mentor and scale a high-performing field sales team. This role combines individual contribution team management ensuring revenue targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives/BDMs
  • Drive team targets along with individual contribution to revenue
  • Monitor daily activities including lead generation (710 per rep/day) and conversions
  • Implement and track sales KPIs productivity metrics and performance dashboards
  • Conduct field visits with team members for coaching and deal closures
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and relationship management
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic inputs to leadership
  • Support hiring onboarding and training of new sales team members

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 48 years of field sales experience with at least 12 years in team handling
  • Proven track record of achieving team & individual sales targets
  • Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment
  • Language proficiency: English & Hindi (Marathi preferred for Mumbai)

Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on leader who can drive results on the field
  • Experience in B2B sales / NBFC / fintech / subscription-based models preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability



Required Skills:
