Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars meetings and scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Prepare meeting agendas presentations and follow-ups
- Handle internal and external communications
- Act as liaison with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Draft and review reports documents and correspondence
- Maintain records filing systems and documentation
- Support expense management and administrative processes
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities
- Organize meetings events and leadership sessions
- Assist in projects research and reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and smooth executive operations
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Business / Management or related field
- Experience in executive or administrative support
- Proficiency in MS Office and office tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in travel and event coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
