Job Summary

Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Experience : 12-15 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars meetings and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Prepare meeting agendas presentations and follow-ups
  • Handle internal and external communications
  • Act as liaison with stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Draft and review reports documents and correspondence
  • Maintain records filing systems and documentation
  • Support expense management and administrative processes
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Organize meetings events and leadership sessions
  • Assist in projects research and reporting
  • Ensure confidentiality and smooth executive operations

Requisites

  • Bachelors degree in Business / Management or related field
  • Experience in executive or administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience in travel and event coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
