Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in:
- Data entry
- Back office operations
- Basic accounting support
- Experience in handling Excel-based reports and data management is highly preferred.
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
Data Entry & Record Management
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain and update company records files and databases
- Verify data for errors and ensure data integrity
Basic Accounting Support
- Assist in maintaining basic accounting records
- Support in invoice entry expense tracking and ledger updates
- Coordinate with the accounts team for required documentation
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel
- Maintain proper documentation for transactions and operations
- Organize and manage digital and physical records
Administrative Support
- Assist internal teams with backend operational tasks
- Handle routine office coordination work
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree ( preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
