Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Software Technical Project Lead to drive the development and delivery of perception algorithms for Parking and Driving solutions in ADAS (L2 & L2). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven leadership and project management experience in automotive software development.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the development of perception algorithms for ADAS Parking & Driving functions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the software team
Ensure adherence to software development processes and standards
Project Planning & Execution
Plan execute and deliver software projects aligned with timelines and priorities
Maintain project plans including resource forecasting and scheduling
Ensure delivery of projects on time within scope and budget
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Act as the primary interface for customers on software-related topics
Collaborate with R&D Project Managers and cross-functional teams
Provide regular updates on project progress risks and resources
Team Management
Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the software team
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth integration of deliverables across modules
Process & Quality
Ensure compliance with software development processes (ASPICE)
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills
Strong experience in ADAS perception algorithms (Parking & Driving)
Proven technical leadership / project lead experience
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in project planning scheduling and budgeting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across multiple time zones and cross-cultural teams
