Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Technical Project Lead to drive the development and delivery of perception algorithms for Parking and Driving solutions in ADAS (L2 & L2). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven leadership and project management experience in automotive software development.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the development of perception algorithms for ADAS Parking & Driving functions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the software team
• Ensure adherence to software development processes and standards

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan execute and deliver software projects aligned with timelines and priorities
• Maintain project plans including resource forecasting and scheduling
• Ensure delivery of projects on time within scope and budget

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the primary interface for customers on software-related topics
• Collaborate with R&D Project Managers and cross-functional teams
• Provide regular updates on project progress risks and resources

Team Management

• Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the software team
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure smooth integration of deliverables across modules

Process & Quality

• Ensure compliance with software development processes (ASPICE)
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ADAS perception algorithms (Parking & Driving)
• Proven technical leadership / project lead experience
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in project planning scheduling and budgeting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cross-cultural teams
