We are looking for a Sr Software Trainer and Revenue Enablement Expert with a strong
background in teaching or training who can effectively deliver engaging learning experiences for our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training our internal teams (current and new) on SalesIntel SaaS solutions. They will be responsible for simplifying complex technical concepts and enabling users to confidently adopt and use our platform. You should be able to make learning and education fun and gamify to increase team engagement and adoption If you are passionate about teaching technology and creating impactful learning experiences wed love to hear from you. This role requires excellent communication skills high maturity and the ability to work in US shift timings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Deliver live training sessions (virtual/classroom) on software products to internal teams Sales Marketing and engineering teams
Design and develop training materials including presentations user guides videos and and e-learning modules
Translate technical concepts into simple user-friendly explanations
Assess training needs and customize sessions based on audience requirements
Provide post-training support and address user queries
Design and develop testing and certification modules to ensure everyone gets certified
Track training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery
Collaborate with Product Customer Success and Support teams for updates and improvements
Stay updated with new product releases and enhancements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree (Education IT or related field preferred)
5 years of experience in training teaching or software enablement
Prior experience in teaching / academic training / corporate training is highly preferred
Experience with SaaS products or software tools is a strong advantage
Familiarity with LMS tools and virtual training platforms
Experience in GTM (sales and marketing space) is a HUGE PLUS!
