Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities -
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Hospital Billing process.
Support and guide team members on process-related queries and complex cases.
Monitor team productivity and quality as per defined targets.
Provide floor support and assist in resolving escalations.
Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement actions.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines UB04 claim guidelines and process standards.
Track and maintain performance reports (Productivity & Quality).
Work closely with Team Leads to improve team performance.
Ensure Internal & External SLA compliance.
Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile -
Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Billing (SME/QA experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Hospital Billing Denial Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Experience in handling floor support queries and escalations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willing to work in Night Shift (Hyderabad Location)
