Job Summary

This is a remote position.

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for transforming regional raw data into actionable insights. This role supports decision-making by analyzing trends in sales operations and market behavior across the three countries.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and clean data from various internal sources (Sales HR Finance).
Create and maintain automated dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
Perform trend analysis to predict market shifts in Kenya Uganda and Tanzania.
Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations.
Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed according to local data protection acts.

Requirements

Degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or Economics.
Proficiency in Excel SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of Python/R is a plus.
2 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
