Located in Rowville Peppertree Hill is a warm and welcoming retirement living village set within beautifully landscaped gardens complete with stunning views of the Dandenong Ranges. As a bus driver at Keyton you will support our residents with local shopping trips social outings and village to the Village Manager duties will include;Providing safe transportation of our residents to local shopping centres and return them safely back to the village Providing exceptional customer service to our residentsCompleting bus inspection form as well as taking the vehicle for servicing and maintenance checks Ensuring the bus remains clean and wellpresented at all timesUpholding Keytons commitment to safety and excellence in serviceProviding ongoing support with general maintenance and gardening tasks throughout the village when not scheduled for bus driving dutiesShiftsThe successful candidates will be required to work the following days and shifts:Tuesday 8:30am to 4:30pmThursday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Who You AreAs you will be working alongside our many residents a customer-service focus is essential as will having:A LR Drivers Licence (or above)Experience driving a bus/people moverA genuine interest in working with seniors and understanding the awareness of mobility/health and safety issues that may occurBeing team-focused with willingness to perform other ad-hoc duties when requiredThe ability to identify when bus requires maintenanceThe ability to complete basic bus maintenance tasks and servicing as requiredA current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate to Join the FunIf you enjoy connecting with people and providing outstanding service with a smile wed love to welcome you aboard!Please submit your resume and cover letter to the link your cover letter please highlight your interest in the Bus Driver opportunity and explain how your skills and qualifications align with our note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of May - November with supporting documentation prior to joining.
