The Role:
OurBedfordMAsite is hiring aManufacturing Technician forweekendshiftsFri-Sun 6 am to 6:30 pm to joinour ceramics cell team.
Thishands-onrole involvesassemblyoperatingHi-Vacmetal sputtering equipment as well as wet Etch operationsused in the manufacturingofE- have strong attention to detail be comfortable workingin aclean roomor controlled environment and willing to cross train in multiple areas to supportchanging business needs.
What You Will Do:
Follow all safety best practices and wear required PPE while on the production floor.
Operatehigh vacuumcoating tools to deposithigh puritycoatings on products.
Set up fixtures de-fixture parts andoperatemultiple pieces of vacuum and processing equipment.
Monitor product and tool quality closely; report any deviations to your Lead or Supervisor promptly.
Execute planned WIP as directed by yourLead andcommunicate any delays ormisses.
Perform periodic tool refreshes andcompletebasic equipment maintenance according torunschedules.
Conduct visual andmetrology-basedinspections in alignment with quality procedures.
Provide feedback to Engineers on potential process improvements when applicable.
Work collaboratively with your partner and Lead to achieve full operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following all Entegris 6S guidelines.
Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection or production data into Camline.
Activelyparticipatein shift passdowns to communicate safety quality and production priorities.
Follow work instructions and complete work orders and other required documentation accurately.
Updatepass downnotes to ensure continuity and successful job completion.
Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in daily work.
What We Seek:
High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of3yearsmanufacturing experience (Machine operation a plus)
Must be able toworkOvertimewhenneeded.
Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPAAcetoneFeCl HCL)
Fluency in English isrequiredfor training purposes.
Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
Ability to work ina cleanroom.
Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Self-starteris capableof dealingwith a variety of tasks in afast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation communicate and write.
An idealcandidate will havea keeneye for quality is dependable and will work collaboratively within a team and possess a positive attitude.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Problem Solving Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.

Eligible for annual bonus incentive
Pay range is $22/hr-$26 per hour depending upon experience.
