We have a customer based in Kennesaw GA who has a direct hire opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer who has experience in circuit board design electrical schematics and a strong understanding in lean manufacturing work. In this role you will work as an Electrical Design Engineer supporting electrical design projects for HVAC filtration systems. You will specifically be focusing on making systems run more efficiently safely and cost-effectively. You would also be responsible for creating circuit board designs and simple electrical schematics for blower motors and transformers in the filtration systems.

This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE position and is required to be fully on site.

Job Requirements:

BSEE preferred; OR 5 years as an Electrical Designer with circuit board experience
3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer with an industrial background focusing on circuit board design electrical diagrams and manufacturing optimization
Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical
Experience with optimizing lean manufacturing work such as handling workflow work cell optimization takt times training module etc.
Must have strong problem-solving skills a safety-first mentality and good management skills highly preferred
Good communication skills

Pluses:

Experience in the Air Filtration industry(blower motors transformers etc.)
Experience in Inventor and SolidWorks
