What youll do
Vision and Strategy:Lead the NAM business transformation by defining and aligning a clear quality-driven vision grounded in lean principles with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Communicate this vision effectively across the business to embed continuous improvement and operational discipline.
Execution and Leadership:Design and plan the business transformation strategy using tools like the Hoshin Matrix. Break down transformation programs into achievable projects with clear scope and ownership. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in quality lean processes and business objectives.
Governance and Change Management:Establish a governance framework clarifying decision rights ownership and accountability. Provide change management guidance using established frameworks and leverage global resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Digital Enablement:Utilize digital technologies to enhance leadership alignment collaboration and connectivity across NAM operations.
Performance Monitoring:Develop and deliver dashboards to monitor business readiness adoption and benefits realization using data analytics to visualize progress and impact.
Travel Requirements:Approximately 30% travel to local sites within NAM to support onsite visits facilitation and collaboration.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What youll bring

Must-haves:
Proven experience in business transformation lean manufacturing and management with 15 years in relevant industries such as automotive heavy industrial or mining.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels including training and coaching capabilities.
Solid understanding and practical application of lean principles and tools such as Value Stream Mapping Heijunka Obeya management 3P and SMED.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Background in establishing quality systems standard work and root cause corrective action (RCCA) programs.
Experience in digital transformation and leveraging information systems for business outcomes.
Experience leading quality and lean teams with a track record of delivering strong savings and operational stability.
