Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem (Home Health)

Pay: $80 per visit

Location: Oahu Hawaii (must have reliable transportation we serve the entire island)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem build your own caseload

Complete assessments care plans and patient education

Perform wound care medication management and coordination of care

Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Document accurately and on time in a Medicare home health environment

Requirements

Current Hawaii RN license
1 year clinical experience (home health preferred)
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Valid drivers license reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in the field
