Job Summary
Amazon Music is seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the Brand Social team in the Global Marketing this role you will collaborate with the Global Organic Social (creative insights operations) content marketing brand and paid media teams in planning developing executing and optimizing compelling social media campaigns across tentpole marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement for the Amazon Music brand. You will implement awareness driving paid social best practices across various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok and YouTube) delivering on long-term strategy amplifying content to drive engagement awareness and community growth through targeted paid social campaigns across North America contributing to our measurement and creative frameworks by optimizing campaigns monitoring and analyzing performance and collaborate with teams world wide to contribute to long term paid media strategy aimed at increasing Amazon Musics brand awareness and engagment alongside Brand Paid Media team and local marketing teams.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute best-in-class awareness paid media strategies across key social platforms: deliver social media marketing campaigns spanning new product launches partnerships exclusive merch livestreams brand campaigns cultural moments and more to drive awareness and engagement for these programs and the Amazon Music Brand at large across social platforms (Meta TikTok Twitter etc.) focused on boosting organic reach and engagement.
* Content Amplification: Collaborate and identify high-performing organic content and develop strategies to amplify reach through paid promotion.
* Audience Targeting: Utilize insights and segmentation to target audiences and interest ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
* Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively optimizing spend to achieve desired results within allocated budgets.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing regular reports and insights. Use data-driven approaches to refine and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team content creators and other marketing stakeholders to align organic and paid strategies for cohesive customer journey. Partner with regional social teams to execute global marketing campaigns
* Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends social media algorithms and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and effective strategies into our campaigns. Stay informed on culture trends infusing the social space with innovative ideas.

The Organic Brand Social team is focused on top-funnel awareness delivering billions of impressions and positive engagements increasing effectiveness of lower funnel campaigns. Our strategy prioritizes engagement over direct sales or traffic through exclusive content and cultural moments. We make a first connection with potential new customers deepen our engagement with existing ones and build cohorts that other (paid social) marketing teams can tap into for an efficient Brand-led full funnel approach. We are passionate lovers of audio entertainment who are in the know about fans favorite artists from new music to fan culture have the latest podcast and audio recommendations from Tinx to the New York Times to Rebecca Yarros Fourth Wing and Harry Potter. Whether our audience has a laugh escapes to a new world or learns about new music our work reinforces Amazon Music as a passion brand and helps increase retention and improve brand affinity.
What we do is highly visible and a direct connection to customers; including artists partners press and consumers. We are a 1:1 representative of the Amazon Music and Amazon brands and protecting the brands health and reputation is at the forefront of all our decision making. Were experts trained to predict and assess the impact of the content we put out working in tandem across the business to ensure brand safety without compromising the entertaining and spontaneous side of social media.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV print ads and digital/social channels
- Experience across affiliate marketing PPC SEM and social media advertising
- 5 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing digital advertising or performance marketing
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- 4 years of experience in paid social marketing with a focus on brand awareness and engagement campaigns
- Experience working in entertainment music or consumer technology industries
- Proven track record of scaling paid social programs globally across multiple markets and regions
- Advanced expertise in audience segmentation targeting strategies and performance optimization techniques
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including organic social content creators brand marketing and regional marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to amplify organic content through paid strategies achieving 2x engagement lift
- Experience managing tentpole marketing campaigns product launches or cultural moment activations
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends platform algorithm changes and innovative advertising formats
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing Business Analytics or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
