Location: The Learning Experience Ramsey NJ
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily classroom activities in a safe and supportive learning environment
- Deliver lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum and developmental milestones
- Support children during centers transitions meals and rest periods
- Encourage cooperation problem-solving and social-emotional growth
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance standards
- Partner with families through regular communication and updates
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and leadership to maintain program quality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a daycare preschool or early childhood classroom preferred
- Strong teamwork and classroom management skills
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices helpful
- Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
