Job Summary
WE ARE HIRING: REMOTE MEDICAL BILLER
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller with strong experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team and support U.S.-based healthcare practices.
Position: Medical Biller (Remote)
Schedule: U.S. Time Zone (depending on client)
Work Setup: Remote
Compensation & Payment:
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
- Payment via Wise
- Biweekly payout
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and follow-ups
- Perform payment posting (ERA/EOB) with high accuracy
- Submit and track insurance claims
- Work on denials and appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies for claim resolution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Biller (U.S. healthcare account required)
- Strong background in RCM AR follow-ups and payment posting
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines CPT/ICD coding basics
- Experience using EMR/EHR and billing systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
