As a Licensed Practical Nurse youll have the chance to work with individuals who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders providing them with the care and support they need to recover and thrive.

As a Nurse at Burrell youll be responsible for:

• Providing direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physicians orders and established policies and procedures
• Assessing clients physical and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
• Administering medications and monitoring clients progress and response to treatment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Collaborating with clients family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Educating clients and their loved ones about mental health conditions treatment options and self-care strategies
• Promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth dignity and well-being for all clients

Qualifications:

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Missouri

RN (Registered Nurse) in Missouri

Where youll be working:

Youll be working in a Burrell clinic or residential facility assisting those who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders on a Central Missouri Burrell campus.
