Job Summary
What you will be doing:
- Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience engaging first-time visitors and offering directions
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Recognize and welcome repeat guests elite members and VIPs
- Offer prompt professional and discreet service
- Confidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledge
- Creatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiences
- Remain available and proactive in guest interactions
- Assist with hotel facilities and promotions
- Handle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operations
- Coordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure readiness
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Uphold Accor values and service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in guest relations or front office preferred
- Strong understanding of the local market and guest expectations
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
- Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
- Guest-oriented approachable and genuinely service-minded
