Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Steward to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Steward you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness hygiene and organization in our food service areas ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment utensils and dining areas
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
- Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff by performing basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and supportive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse setting
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handling certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of local customs and etiquette preferred
