Job Summary

As a Consultant in Professional Services at Caseware you will participate in the implementation of Caseware accounting audit and assurance solutions owning delivery from initiation through go-live. You will be the primary solution expert on client engagements translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable best-practice Caseware configurations. You will manage senior client stakeholders ensure delivery quality and proactively mitigate project risks while working independently or as part of a team on addition you will mentor Associate Consultants provide solution oversight and collaborate with Product Support Sales and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve offerings. Consultants also contribute to pre-sales activities and the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies and standards. The Consultant will report to the Director Professional Services.

This is a full-time permanent position.

What you will be doing:

Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and go-live support.
Act as the primary solution authority for assigned client engagements providing expert guidance on Caseware functionality best practices and accounting workflow optimization.
Translate client business and regulatory requirements into scalable compliantCaseware configurations ensuring alignment with applicable accounting standards and firm methodologies.
Manage client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholdersthroughout the implementation lifecycle.
Oversee project execution and delivery quality on non-enterprise projects including scope control risk identification issue resolution and adherence to timelines budgets and service standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Support and Engineering teams to escalate issues contribute to product feedback and ensure successful client outcomes.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to associate consultants and implementation team members including knowledge sharing solution reviews and delivery oversight.
Deliver client training and change management activities enabling user adoption process transformation and long-term value realization from Caseware solutions.
Support pre-sales and solution scoping activities by contributing to proposals solution demonstrations effort estimation and implementation approachdefinition.
Continuously improve implementation methodologies and assets leveraginglessons learned industry trends and evolving Caseware capabilities to enhance service delivery effectiveness.

What you will bring:

Experience (must meet one of the following):

At least 5 years experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer success account management implementation product or project management) in a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.

At least 4 years experience working in an audit accounting or professional services firm performing accounting external audit or assurance engagements.

Additional Required Experience & Skills:

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end software implementations including requirements gathering solution configuration testing and go-live support.
Strong understanding of accounting and assurance workflows professional standards and firm operating models.
Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout complex engagements.
Experience owning delivery outcomes including scope quality risk and timelines with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication facilitation and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
Ability to mentor and contribute to team capability development.

Salary Range:

The annual base salary for this position is between $103000 CAD and $130000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills relevant experience market conditions and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
