Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract for an estimated duration of 6 months to cover maternity leave within our Paid Search team.

Reporting to a Paid Search Director you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish the Paid Media department consists of specialists with expertise across all forms of Paid Search.

As a Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management optimisation and analysis of paid search activity across a portfolio of clients. You will work across platforms such as Google Ads Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 and across key formats including Search Shopping and AI-powered campaign types such as Performance Max AI Max and Demand Gen.

You will join the team at a time when search is rapidly evolving with increasing use of automation AI-driven campaign formats smart bidding and value-based this context you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality campaign delivery maintaining strong operational standards and helping to drive performance improvements aligned with client business goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of clients with varied objectives.

  • Build launch monitor and optimise campaigns across Search Shopping and AI-powered campaign formats.

  • Manage budget pacing campaign delivery and performance trends with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Analyse performance data and translate it into clear insights recommendations and actions.

  • Run core optimisation routines such as search term reviews bid and budget adjustments asset reviews feed checks and performance investigations.

  • Produce client-facing reports insights and presentations in line with Jellyfish quality standards.

  • Support the development of campaign structures and testing roadmaps designed to improve scale efficiency and overall account performance.

  • Work closely with internal specialists across Data Tech Creative and other Paid Media teams to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Participate in client meetings and day-to-day communications building trusted relationships through clear and proactive account management.

  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in how we manage paid search activity especially in increasingly automated and AI-driven environments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA campaign management.

  • Strong professional English skills are required as the role involves managing clients campaigns and presentations in English on a daily basis

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 is a plus.

  • Good understanding of core paid search formats including Search Shopping and AI-powered campaign types such as Performance Max AI Max and Demand Gen.

  • Good understanding of retail and/or lead generation business models ideally with product feeds Merchant Center environments catalogue logic and product-led performance levers.

  • Comfortable working with performance KPIs such as ROAS CPA revenue conversion rate lead quality and budget pacing.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 tracking principles and conversion measurement is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Sheets Slides Docs Excel).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.

  • Client-centric mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Curious about the evolution of search automation AI-powered campaign formats and media innovation

  • Any exposure to Paid Social platforms (such as Meta TikTok or LinkedIn Ads) would be considered a plus particularly in understanding cross-channel performance and integrated media strategies.
