The job
The Renewals Specialist is responsible for executing volume renewal transactions across assigned markets or accounts acting as a subject matter expert on commercial processes and this role you work closely with the AVEVA sales team and customers through a structured renewal process to meet key business metrics including renewal timing renewal rate and renewal pricing. You are accountable for maintaining accurate account status information in Salesforce and proactively escalating observations or issues to your line manager for resolution by the appropriate stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Achieve renewal quota and renewal objectives such as on-time renewals and escalated contract renewals
Identify expansion opportunities and escalate the opportunities to the appropriate team to manage
Responsible for renewals process from first contact to close for the assigned customers
Essential requirements
Experience using preferred
Experienced in enterprise SaaS renewals or sales process
Desired skills
Strong communications and customer skills
Ability to collaborate and work with various internal stakeholders including Account Manager Channel Sales Finance Commercial Operations etc.
