Job Summary
About the Role
Werebuilding something thatdoesntexist yet - a domestic supply chain for rare earth materials and magnets. That means we need someone who can find talent beforetheyrelooking and get them excited about whatwerecreating.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who knows how to source passive candidates build talent networks and sell a compelling story to people who have recruiting across corporate mining and engineering roles in a fast-moving startup environmentwherebuildingprocessand figuring things out as you go is part of the job.
Whatyoulldo:
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for corporate mining and engineering roles
- Build relationships with targeted schools and community liasons
- Build andmaintaintalent pipelines and networks in target industries
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape role requirements
- Communicate USAREs employee value proposition to candidates and help them see why this opportunity matters
- Create and refine recruiting processes and tools as the team grows
- Use Rippling to manage candidate flowmaintaindata integrity and track hiring metrics
- Support onboarding and early employee engagement
What You Bring
- 5 years recruiting for corporate mining or engineering roles
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates
- Startup or high-growth environment experience - youdontneed an SOP andyourecomfortable building as you go
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to sell a compelling vision to candidates
- Experience with Rippling or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

WorkEnvironment:
The work environment will be hybrid with 2 days a week on-site at our plant in Stillwater OK.
