The Role:
Our site inAurora 500is seeking a2ndShift Mon-Fri/2 pm to 10:30 pm Operations Associateto join ourteam.Entegris has an opening foranOperations Associatein the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals especially those withexperience in asafety and quality driven manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do:
ManufactureEntegrisCMP Padsusinga variety of manufacturing equipment(laminator CNC die pressbrush clean)
Perform required data entry and record keeping.
Perform required quality testing and inspections.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Understand and adhere to Entegrisvalues procedures policies etc.
Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
Comply with plant safety initiatives.
Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (for example cycle count preventive maintenance housekeeping inventory)
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand duringentireshift.
Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools repetitively twist bend and reach upward and handle small screws washers fasteners etc.
All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced hard-working environment.

Eligible for annual bonus incentive
Pay range is $21/hr-$23 per hour depending upon experience.
