1. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing content/records management workflow management solutions using OpenText product development environments and APIs and programming languages.
• Leading requirements gathering analysis and solution development for OpenText solutions.
• Leading a team of analysts developers and testers in delivering OpenText solutions.
• Providing OpenText system(s) demonstrations based on the customers requirements.
• Strategize and develop complex responses to management or customers and help with and work on proposals.
• Providing technical oversight and guidance during the project execution

1. Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

• More than 10 years of working experience in OpenText ECM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects.
• Minimum of 5 years experience of OpenText solution architecture design and delivery on large scale and complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge with OpenText Content Server version 16.x.
• Excellent knowledge of OpenText ECM products implementation e.g. Content Server xECM SAP Archiving and SharePoint AGA.
• Comprehensive experience in configuring three or more OpenText Content Server modules:
  • Records Management
  • Classifications / RM Classifications
  • Workflows / Advanced Workflows
  • LiveReports / Web Reports
  • Forms
  • Physical Objects
• Good experience with the OpenText for SAP suite of products (xECM VIM EFM etc.)
• Good experience with OpenText ECM software solutions and similar applications.
• Good experience with ECM integration tools and extract transformation and load (ETL) tools
• Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of collaborative product e.g. Brava for Content Server Brava for Microsoft SharePoint Brava Viewer for SAP OpenText Rendition Server (Blazon)
• Hands-on expertise and experience in some of the following solutions processes and technologies:
  • Scanning Document Imaging Forms Processing and Recognition
  • Classification Systems/Taxonomies Document Indexing Document Records
  • Email Web Content and Digital Asset Management Collaboration
  • Security Privacy Storage Long-term Archival Search Workflow
  • Publishing Migration Replication Localization Personalization
  • Backup and Recovery High Availability Content Integration Java development
• Experience designing and implementing record schedules

1. OpenText - Business Process Management (BPM)

• More than 10 years of working experience in OpenText BPM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects.
• Minimum of 5 years experience of OpenText solution architecture design and delivery on large scale and complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge with OpenText BPM or AppWorks suite version 16.x.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise application development experience with OpenText Cordys BPM tool.
• Excellent knowledge with Java Scripts SOAP REST WSDL Web Services Core Java HTML5 CSS.
• Rich hands-on work experience on Java JDBC AJAX XML OOAD.
• Database skills SQL Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any well-known database (MS SQL Server Oracle DB2 or MySQL)
• Good working knowledge in implementation of collaborative product e.g. OpenText Capture Center (OCC) and OpenText AppWorks.
• Possesses excellent working knowledge on:
  • BPM SOA Web 2.0 SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms
  • Service Oriented Architecture
  • W3C standards
  • Preparing Solution and Technical Designs
  • Knowledge in BPM and BPMN concepts
  • Various types of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP EAI BPM)
  • Knowledge on Web Servers and Application Servers
  • Security Authentication HA deployments & administration
  • Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed.

1. OpenText - Customer Communication Management (CCM)

• More than 10 years experience of OpenText CCM solution design build and maintain on medium and large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience of OpenText CCM solution architecture design and delivery on large scale and complex projects. 3. Excellent knowledge with OpenText Exstream version 5.x.
• Excellent knowledge in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center Design Center Composition Center Archiving Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in OpenText Exstream product.
• Excellent SQL knowledge and advanced scripting.
• Able to design and deliver solutions using OpenText Exstream products.
• Able to drive solution development architecture and implementation.
