Summary
Preparation of meals and putting together entrees
Able to work under pressure as kitchen staff.
Proficiently utilizing a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils.
Complete meal and entrée preparation.
Ensure food is stored properly.
Maintain safe secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with safety regulations.
Maintain sanitation health and safety standards complying with state health codes in work and dining areas.
Performing kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying the trash washing dishes and other tasks appointed.
Stock kitchen with food from main freezer.
Help in dining as necessary.
Current food service worker card within 30 days of hire date
Other duties as assigned.
