What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: Two (2) years of general administrative business or office experience are required.
License: Valid California Drivers License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.

The Administrative Services Assistant is a customer focused professional who can confidently support a busy front desk while maintaining a positive upbeat attitude and provides comprehensive administrative and program support including data entry scheduling quality improvement projects credentialing and purchasing. The role involves maintaining tracking systems and preparing reports for Santa Clara County partners and outside agencies. It also supports employee engagement initiatives and participates in quality management and compliance efforts.
Division/Program Overview:
- Administrative Office
- Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST
- Serves Adolescents ranging from ages 12 years -18 years
