Chalet Veterinary Clinic is a multi-doctor companion animal hospital located in Stoughton WI. For over 30 years weve proudly provided high-quality medical dental and surgical services to dogs and cats.
We are seeking apart-time Associate Veterinarian (16 hours/week)to join our supportive collaborative team on a consistent set schedule.
Schedule & Role Overview
- Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (set schedule)
- No weekends no on-call no after-hours responsibilities
- Ideally:
- One day of appointments
- One day of surgery(soft tissue dentistry preferred)

About Our Hospital
We focus on comprehensive high-quality veterinary care for canine and feline patients. Our modern facility includes:
- Dedicated radiology room
- Large surgical suite
- Digital radiography with SignalPet AI interpretation (optional radiologist consultation)
- IDEXX Catalyst ProCyte and Sedivue analyzers
- Zoetis Imagyst
- Ultrasound
- New electrocautery unit
- New anesthesia & patient monitoring equipment
- Complete in-house lab
We provide routine soft tissue and dental surgeries and handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Complex cases are referred to our trusted local ER or specialty facilities.
Surgery & Appointment Flow
- Surgery caseload:24 procedures per day (spays neuters mass removals dentals; orthopedic procedures referred out)
- Appointments:
- 30-minute slots
- 15 per full appointment day
- 57 on partial surgery days
- Built-in 12:001:30 p.m. lunch/catch-up time
Our Support Team
- 3 CVTs
- 2 Veterinary Technicians
- 3 Veterinary Assistants
Each doctor is supported by a dedicated technician with additional support available as needed. Our team has strong tenure ranging from 2 to 25 years.
