Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Private Duty Home Care Full-Time Part-Time and PRN available at these locations listed!
Private Duty is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care in a private duty home care this role you will support clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
This position is perfect for CNAs who enjoy building strong relationships with clients and providing consistent personalized care.
Service Locations: We are currently hiring for positions in the following areas:
- Thompson Station TN
- La Vergne/ Murfreesboro
- Lebanon TN
- Nashville TN
- Centerville TN
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation support
- Monitor and report changes in client health to the supervising nurse
- Support medication reminders as permitted by state regulations
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the state of employment
- Previous private duty or home care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
