Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Technology Coordinator to support day-to-day IT operations including technical support systems administration and infrastructure maintenance in a hands-on onsite environment. Candidates must be local to or near Frackville PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Perform system administration (user accounts access backups audits)
- Install configure and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Manage IT assets inventory and lifecycle processes
- Provide end-user support and training
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement
- Maintain documentation reports and compliance standards
- Support process improvements and assist with application development
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in:
- Technical support (hardware/software)
- Call tracking/ticketing systems
- Managing IT support issues
- Strong troubleshooting and system/network administration skills
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
