Within the Northern Europe People team we are looking for an ambitious future-ready Junior HR advisor Analytics Reporting and Projects with a can-do mentality.


You will be working within a team of colleagues who are always there to help you and who live the values of caring daring and sharing. The Northern Europe People Team is divided over Norway the Netherlands and Germany. This position will be based from the Dutch office in Arnhem.

In this role you will support the people team by:

  • Creatinganalytics and monthly reports to facilitate data-driven decisions within our (strategic) people initiatives using HRIS and PowerBI
  • Owning the project management administrationof various people initiatives in an effective and consistent way across our region
  • Supportingpeople managers in the rollout of these initiatives by developing change/communication plans
  • Bringing actionable suggestions forwardto further digitize tasks and processes in the people domain and try them out
  • Answeringquestions from line managers about the pulse survey (engagement) the performance and development process (MIP) feedback recognition change and training.

This role is offered as a 1year contract and represents an excellent earlycareer opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow.

Qualifications

This role is a great stepping stone for candidates who have recently graduated in HR (masters or bachelors degree) and want to start a career in an international company with a clear purpose to safeguard life property and the environment.
