Summary of Job Duties:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic healthcare this role you will provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients with specialized needs particularly in medical and surgical settings as part of a collaborative managed care environment.You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through individualized nutrition planning while also serving as an educator for patients families healthcare professionals and students or interns. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services you will actively contribute to a supportive team-oriented atmosphere and help foster excellence in patient care.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered nutrition services.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications - Registered Dietitian
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and completion of a dietetic internship.
Registered Dietitian (RD)
Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the State of Arkansas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Interviewing candidates with all levels of experience - Nutrition LD & RD
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience
Registered Dietitian and Licensed by the State of Arkansas preferred
Registered Dietitian II
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
RD LD
1 year clinical experience in dietetics and nutrition
Registered Dietitian III
Masters degree required or Specialty Certification required
Precepts dietetic interns in the UAMS internship program
3 years experience in dietetics and nutrition
Registered Dietitian IV
Masters required
5 years experience in dietetics and nutrition
Specialty Certification required
