Job Summary
Thirteen Bar & Restaurant is on the property of and from the ownership team of Pioneer Pointe Golf Club
Position Summary
Responsible for delivering a polished efficient and engaging bar experience while supporting overall restaurant service in a high-energy environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages to house specifications with consistency and speed.
- Maintain beverage quality presentation and cost controls.
- Engage guests andprovideconfident menu guidance.
- Support dining room beverage execution during peak periods.
- Maintain a clean organized and stocked bar.
Standards & Accountability
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteens hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cocktails beer and wine.
- 2 years high-volume experiencepreferred.
- Responsible alcohol service certification.
- Availability for nights weekends and peak-event shifts.
