We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics freight forwarding and SaaS logistics companies.
This is ahigh-activity performance-driven rolefocused on sourcing outreach and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using LinkedIn Apollo ContactOut and similar tools
Conduct1015 phone/Zoom interviews daily
Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Manage pipelines scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS
Requirements:
✠Proven experience inrecruiting sourcing or admin support
âœFluent English (spoken written) must be comfortable on calls
✠Confident withcold calling and candidate outreach
✠Professional and activeLinkedIn profile required
✠Strong communication and organizational skills
✠Comfortable onZoom/video interviews
✠Detail-oriented proactive and accountable
✠Full-time availability (US hours required occasional weekends)
Fully remote. Compensation: $1000/month $200 based on targets
