What Does an Overnight Caregiver Do
- Providing a helping handespecially during the hours its needed most.
- Offer overnight supervision and support to ensure client safety
- Provide comfort reassurance and companionship during nighttime hours
- Assist with nighttime routines mobility and bathroom needs
- Help with morning routines before shift end (as needed)
- Prepare light meals or snacks if needed
- Keep accurate notes and report any changes in condition or behavior

Caregiver Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel to client homes
- 1 year of experience (PCA or Home Health Aide preferredbut we will train the right candidate)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current TB test and physical (hiring bonus helps cover costs)
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtainwe can help!)
- 2 personal and 2 professional references
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
