Job Summary
RESORT: Pine Lake Resort
LOCATION: Carnforth LA6 1JZ
HOURS: 24 per week
SALARY: 12.71 per hour

Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping your main job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting daily inspections of units to ensure they meet our strict quality standards
- Playing a key role in the induction and training of new and existing team members fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion
- Mentoring new and existing team members ensuring they understand and embody our company culture
- Ensuring the efficient use of products and materials by all team members strictly following sustainability guidelines
- Leading by example at all times demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continual improvement
- Being a great teammate supporting your department and the resort as a whole
- Assigning accommodations to each team member
Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is crucial
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Computer literacy
- Motivational and negotiation skills are advantageous
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- A can do and positive approach
The successful candidate will work three days a week 24 hours total including weekends and Bank Holidays on a shift/rota basis.
