This full-time position is based at American Family Childrens Hospital and is scheduled Monday through Friday with core hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs.

The RN Director AFCH Operations is a high-impact leadership role shaping the future of pediatric specialty care through operational excellence team development and strategic growth.
We are seeking a RN Director American Family Childrens Hospital (AFCH) to:
- Provides strategic operational and clinical leadership for pediatric specialty services at American Family Childrens Hospital
- Oversees program growth financial performance and people management across the pediatric continuum of care
- Leads specialized areas including Child Life Pediatric Trauma & Child Advocacy Ambulatory Pediatric Specialties and the Diagnostic & Therapy Center
- Drives operational efficiency margin improvement and ambulatory redesign initiatives
- Leads and develops leaders (4 direct reports) with a strong focus on people management and change leadership
- Partners closely with medical faculty and system stakeholders to ensure high-quality evidence-based pediatric care

Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Nursing Required
Work Experience
- 5 years relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years relevant leadership experience in pediatrics Preferred
- Experience in a large academic or complex healthcare system including Level 1 Trauma Center services and pediatric surgical patients Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
