You are at your best when things are precise: Master data is clean task lists are logical and SAP configuration is consistent and Novo Nordisks 25L API Capacity Expansion in Hillerød you will be the Senior SAP Supporter who builds a reliable SAP PM/MM foundation for maintenance and calibration in a new GMP production facility. That is: Setting standards structuring equipment and spare parts data and ensuring processes run smoothly in daily operations. This role suits someone who prefers deep focus and clear ownership and who gets satisfaction from making complex systems work quietly and correctly so others can execute with confidence.

Your new role

Your key tasks will include:

• SAP Superuser
• Supporting running production for seamless flow
• Implementation and establishment of SAP PM and MM
• Master data related to spare parts maintenance schedules equipment and calibration
• Creating SAP task list for maintenance purposes
• Provide guidance and direction to process engineers within the project and the future production facility
• Collaboration with stakeholders regarding Master data inputs

You will work in collaboration with our dynamic and social team with various backgrounds nationality and seniority the Work Package Owners (WPO) process specialist IT/Automation specialist as well as engineering partners during the project phase.

Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisks most significant expansion projects embedded in PS PS API we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring an important level of expertise commitment and engagement from our employees and including cultivation recovery purification and freeze-drying. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare diseases and serious chronic diseases.

As a part of the25L API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Capacity Expansion project you will be part of the Equipment & SAP support team that currently consists of 11 colleagues that are responsible for SAP PM SAP QMand SAP MM. Organized in Technical Support department counting around 50 people within Facility Clean Utility Maintenance & Calibration teams. You will play a critical role in the setup configuration and implementation of these systems to support the maintenance and calibration processes in our new production facility.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role you have:

• Proven experience in setting up SAP PM and SAP MM including configuration and implementation
• Technical or other relevant background with calibration in relation to working with SAP PM and SAP MM
• 2 years of experience within GMP Pharmaceutical Aviation Powerplants or similar complex workplaces
• Good communications skills in English
