The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Treasury leader ready to take on a broad highimpact role at the heart of a global insurer

This role brings together European Treasury leadership and QCAP Treasury oversight reflecting the growing complexity of QBEs European footprint regulatory requirements and capital activity. Youll play a critical role in ensuring strong liquidity funding resilience and balancesheet optimisation while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance Risk and Capital.

Your new role

In this Senior Treasury role youll lead Treasury and Treasury Operations for Europe while also supporting the evolving needs of QBE Capital (QCAP) and its thirdparty business.

Youll be responsible for cash liquidity and funding across multiple currencies and jurisdictions contributing to capital structure decisions and supporting strategic initiatives. The role sits within a small highly collaborative Treasury team where handson delivery and strong relationships are essential.

Youll also:

• Provide Treasury insight and reporting to senior management Boards and Committees

• Support strategic transactions and capital initiatives

• Oversee bank relationships payments and liquidity processes

• Drive effective use of Treasury systems data and analytics

• Lead and develop team members with one direct report and a clear succession focus

About you

Youll bring a strong blend of technical Treasury expertise and stakeholder leadership with the ability to operate confidently in a complex regulated environment.

• Significant Treasury experience within insurance

• Strong understanding of European and UK cash and liquidity management including regulatory considerations

• Experience working with funding liquidity and collateraladjacent activity

• Confidence managing bank relationships payments and Treasury systems

• Strong stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance Risk and Capital

• Comfortable working in small handson teams balancing strategy with delivery

• Interest in data automation and continuous improvement in Treasury operations
