Essential Duties
- Own and deliverpipeline order intake and revenue targets for the Third Millennium business.
- Lead regionalsales execution ensuring disciplined forecasting opportunity management and deal progression.
- Work collaboratively with theThird Millennium leadership team to help define sales strategy priorities and go-to-market focus.
- Coach and support the sales team to improve capability consistency and performance.
- Drive strongpartner and integrator engagement building senior-level relationships and long-term growth plans.
- Ensure effective use ofsales tools and CRM to provide accurate visibility of pipeline and performance.
- Act as a key voice of the market feeding backcustomer partner and competitive insights into product and strategy discussions.
- Support the wider HID and Third Millennium integration by aligning processes messaging and execution where appropriate.

Work Requirements
- Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality Security Safety Business Continuity and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required. Therefore employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
