Your future duties and responsibilities:
Experience: 5 10 Years
Main Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full Time
. 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud with hands-on Planning experience
. Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and planning processes
. Experience with:
1. SAC Planning Models
2. Versions & scenarios
3. Data Actions / Multi Actions
4. Advanced Formulas
5. Allocations and spreading logic
. Solid functional background in: SAP FI / CO FP&A or enterprise planning
. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
SAP SAC Planning Implementation
. Design and build SAC Planning models (financial and/or operational)
. Configure versions (Budget Forecast Actual Rolling Forecast)
. Develop Data Actions and Multi Actions for planning logic
. Implement Advanced Formulas allocations spreading and driver-based planning
. Configure time dimensions calendars and hierarchies
. Set up user security and data access controls
Business & Functional Engagement
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Work closely with Finance FP&A and business users to gather planning requirements
. Translate business planning processes into SAC solutions
. Support what-if analysis scenario planning and variance analysis
. Conduct workshops user training and knowledge transfer sessions
. Provide functional guidance and best practices for SAC Planning
Integration & Data Management
. Collaborate with technical teams on data integration from: 1. SAP S/4HANA 2. SAP BW / BW4HANA 3. Other non-SAP data sources (where applicable)
. Support Live and Import data connection strategies
. Ensure data consistency between Actuals and Planning data
Support & Continuous Improvement
. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
. Troubleshoot planning model issues and performance bottlenecks
. Recommend process improvements and SAC feature adoption
