Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Team Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Katowice. As a Sales Team Assistant you will play a key role in supporting country management and sales representatives ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for providing top-tier administrative support for the sales team.
What will be your role
- Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and Key Account Managers ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage customer interactions by handling inquiries complaints and maintaining the Customer Care mailbox in Polish.
- Oversee administrative processes related to insurance contracts invoicing and database updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including dealers brokers and the Administration Team to ensure efficient workflows.

You might be a perfect fit if you have:
- Knowledge of English both written and spokenat least level B2
- Experience in a related position at least one year
- Strong customer service and communication skills
