Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregivers to join our team!
Pre-Screening:
1.) Are you over the age of 18
2.) Do you have reliable transportation
3.) Do you have vehicle insurance
4.) Do you have a valid drivers license
5.) Do you have at least one year of professional caregiving experience

Requirements:
- Experience with Dementia and Alzheimers care
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to assist with daily living activities provide companionship and support client needs
- Dependable patient and compassionate personality
- Document and maintain accurate records of care activities changes in condition and incidents.
- Provide direct care assistance including bathing grooming dressing toileting feeding mobility support and medication reminder
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA)
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
