Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Assist with personal care (bathing grooming dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transportation for appointments and errands
- Valid HHA license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Experience using a Hoyer Lift
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities during the day hours
- Encourage and facilitate participation in social and recreational activities
- Implement individualized support plans tailored to each clients needs
- Observe and document client progress and any significant changes in behavior or health
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
