**What youll do**
**Production Operations:** Operate adjustable table-mounted grinders and belt sanders to grind and fit metal cast assemblies ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
**Process Adherence:** Execute and sustain performance relative to established processes safety documents and work instructions to maintain consistent production standards.
**Quality Control:** Use hand grinding tools and dimensional gauges to fit adapters points and stainless sleeves accurately contributing to the reliability of finished products.
**Daily Responsibilities:** Engage in hands-on manufacturing tasks maintain equipment and collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals.
**Success Metrics:** Demonstrate excellent attendance adherence to safety protocols and consistent quality output to support team success and operational efficiency.
**Travel Requirements:** Minimal to no travel required; role is fully onsite at Portland Plant #3.

**What youll bring**
**Must-haves:**
Proven ability or willingness to become forklift certified.
Ability to use a full-face respirator safely and effectively.
Comfort with exposure to heat noise and dust.
Physical capability to frequently lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds.
**Nice-to-haves:**
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
Experience using grinding tools or similar equipment.
Background in steelworking machining or foundry operations.
Strong team player with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
